Since the year 2000 Otto Koch has assembled the best chefs and coaches under the umbrella of the Otto-Koch-Ecole Culinaire, which has been founded by Sodexo and Otto Koch. Food and beverage manager, chefs and sous-chefs from Sodexo Services GmbH, from Service-Bund, and also from other companies are very welcome.
The seminar lasts 14 days and takes place in the "Kermes Hotelberufschule" in Munich-Pasing.
